Amy Robins is the Founder and Principal Psychologist of Guided Minds Psychology. She is a warm, compassionate, and experienced psychologist who believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. Amy is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Amy has experiencing working across both public health and private practice settings and has extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults with a broad range of mental health concerns. She has particular expertise in the assessment and treatment of Eating Disorders and has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds presenting with complex psychological difficulties.
